|Recommended: YesA Community That Truly Cares About Its Residents — I have been a resident at Alister Arlington Ridge since April 2024, and I can honestly say this community has exceeded my expectations in every way. From day one, the team here has been incredibly accommodating and consistently goes above and beyond.
A special shout-out to Nick and Julio in the leasing office. Throughout my time here they have been accommodating with any request I have had, always going out of their way to help. They made renewing my lease an effortless experience and even secured three months of free internet for me. I also want to recognize Katrina, the property manager, who is incredibly kind and helpful. She has gone out of her way to assist my friends with their move-in process, which speaks volumes about the welcoming culture this team has built. That kind of genuine care for residents truly sets this property apart.
The maintenance team deserves just as much praise. Their lead, Hector, is an absolute magician. There is no issue too big or too small for him to handle with expertise and a smile. He is a true specialist, and it shows in everything he does.
Beyond the outstanding staff, the property itself is beautiful. The towering oak trees, the peaceful wildlife, and the lovely birds create a serene atmosphere that is rare to find. The amenities and pool are wonderful, and the location simply cannot be beat.
If you are considering a move to the Arlington area, I wholeheartedly recommend Alister Arlington Ridge. Thank you to the entire Alister team. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you do
|Recommended: YesMy overall experience at Allister Arlington ridge has been good. I haven’t had any problems with any staff members. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Julio was able to help me with what I needed help with. The apartment complex itself is also nice.

|Recommended: YesMake Alister Home — Moved in mid pandemic in 2020. Started in an old non-renovated unit, which I adored. 3 years later, I was relocated to a new unit, and it’s beautiful and modern and perfect for me. I have sweet neighbors, whom I never hear through the walls - blessings I love the office staff - Nick Alyssa , who’ve been here so long, we’re like family. The maintenance team has changed some, but they are still very quick about responding to requests, skilled and efficient. Reserved garage parking will cost you, but it’s worth it.
My only complaint would be that the elevators tend to stop working every now and again, but this is an extremely old building so I give it grace.
The location of Alister really truly is what has kept me here all these years. So close to the 395 highway, 10 minutes to DCA, walkable neighborhood, and as an avid Target shopper, there are 3 within 2 miles, going in different directions - happy girl. But because of the location, rates have increased every year and that might be the reason I have to leave. Overall, making Alister home has been one of my best decisions since moving to the DMV from Georgia

|Recommended: YesThank you — I recently moved into this apartment building and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The building itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, including a fully-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and a cozy lounge area.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. From the moment I first toured the building, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The leasing office team made the application process seamless and were always available to answer any questions I had. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues I’ve had within hours.
Living here has been a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful community and the exceptional service provided by the staff. I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a new home

|Recommended: YesAlister Ridge Arlington staff are exceptional. Hector and the rest of the maintenance crew are the best. I had known Hector for over 10 years, he is excellent. When you call for urgent maintenance issues and Hector is at your door he makes your stress go away. As soon as he says we are going fix this all the worries vanish. I can not thank them enough for their wonderful service.

I am never waiting on my work orders to be handled. The ladies cleaning in the mornings are always lovely as well. Very much appreciate the pride they take in servicing the building and residents.
