submitted by Kevin H. - |Recommended: YesGreat Property, Great Staff — Its been great living at Arlington Ridge over the last year. The staff are great and the property is maintained well. The only con I can think of is parking availability. It can be tight, especially on the weekends. However, If I wasn't able to find parking in the lot, I've always been able to find street parking.

submitted by Chemire B. - |Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — The building is really nice and clean. The unit hallways are also clean and its very quiet here. I don't hear my neighbors and I love the layout of the apartment. I live in a studio and this is one of the first studios that I've seen that actually gives you a personal room with doors. The appliances, kitchen, and bathroom are all up to date compared to other apartments that I've seen. I enjoy living here so far and think this will be my new home for awhile. The leasing staff are nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend getting a reserved parking spot in the garage because it doesn't seem like there's a lot of parking outside in the lot but I prefer to be parked in the garage anyways.

submitted by Sharneika J. - |Recommended: NoIt’s ok — It’s spacious apartments but there’s no WiFi or tv downstairs in the party room. You can hear everyone conversation through your door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is terrible. People who have reserved spots park in the non reserved spots. So, when someone wants to park who doesn’t have a reserved spot pass can’t park because the non reserved spots are taken by people who have a reserved pass. So, there’s no parking unless paid for. Common area is small so it’s awkward because when other people are there, kind of awkward like everyone’s on top of each other kind of thing. If they had WiFi downstairs in the party room. More people would be more spaced out. They have a pool table. Suppose to be a movie room but I guess there still working on that. It’s silly to pay for a amenity fee when there’s not a lot of amenity. Just saying. Overall it’s not a bad place to live. It’s in a really Convenient location. It’s ok.

submitted by Allison G. - |Recommended: NoThe apartment is fine but the aparment management company is rude and unprofessional — I love the apartment but the new management company is rude and unprofessional. On top of that, they nickel and dime you for everything. You sign a lease for one amount but end up paying way more than that in hidden fees. I would suggest finding a place where you might be paying a little more for rent upfront so you wont get schemed into paying 200 in random made up fees.

submitted by Mariya - |Recommended: NoRidiculous — I was in the hospital for a few weeks and could not give my 60 days notice for the move out and they are not able to adjust this for me and are charging me for extra dates on a higher rate, ridiculous, just care about money

Office management is hard to reach and I spoke with manager many times about this. She pretended to show concern saying it would be resolved but it was not. No choice but to find elsewhere to live
