|Recommended: YesGreat apartment with lots of natural light — I love living in this apartment and the amenities are great, but ever since the parking was redone, parking has been increasingly difficult and inconvenient.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for 17 years - says it all — The building and people are nice. I rarely see my neighbors, but when I do, they are all nice. Parking can be a problem, unless you pay for it - like I do. No problems with noise, property is beautiful. Overall - a nice place to live - a little expensive.

The rent is reasonable so far, and the location is very good.
We just have a new leasing team and they are very helpful.
One thing that I don't like about is the payment method from the resident portal.
Before, I didn't need to pay any convenience fee if I chose to pay directly from my debit account.
But now I have to pay 6 to 7 dollars for each transaction every time.
Hopefully, they can help with that issue.

|Recommended: YesProperty overall is decent given the space thats available — Its pricey, but that is what you deal with living in the area. New units are fantastic. The no smoking policy could use some work. I believe you should be able to smoke in certain areas. I dont smoke myself. Parking will always be an issue, but i dont believe there should be a 10 charge per car night for visitors.

|Recommended: NoAdequate — Smells of smoke in the hallways sometimes, and seems like people are smoking by the air intakes. Inconvenient garage driveway entrance intersection. Not very walkable but very easy to get to work anywhere in the DMV region. High rent prices but you get what you pay for in this area.

|Recommended: YesI used to love living here — I used to love living here but management changes over the last year have really made it difficult. We have a new management company who so far hasn't been in the office to answer questions, give us our packages, or communicate with us at all what's going on. This place used to be a wonderful place to live that I would recommend to everyone but now it's just poorly managed.
